ABEL NIMAN, aged 58 years, died at his residence, Madison Township, on Monday evening last.  Funeral will take place at 1 o'clock P.M. this Thursday.

A further notice of this death was printed in the May 3rd. issue of THE HERALD, as follows: 

DIED -- In Madison Twp., April 16, at his residence in the midst of a circle of friends, Mr. ABEL NIMAN, in the 58th. year of his age.
